Abstract

Dawn Dwyer is a queer multimedia artist from Wicklow. She attempts to capture the queer experience through her work touching on themes of identity, love and self-expression in a variety of mediums. A common thread of visuals in her work is that of relationships, nature and feminine figures as she channels the importance of both to her work and her own self-identity. She is currently studying a BA (Hons) in Art at the Institute Of Art, Design and Technology.
