Abstract

Dr Yaqoub BouAynaya is a lecturer in Sociology at IADT. He works across three programmes, English, Media + Cultural Studies, Arts Management and Business Management. He could be defined as a Visual Sociologist that primarily complements textual information with photo-reportage and videography. He is a committee member of the International Visual Sociological Association. His book, Redefining Irishness in a Globalized World: National Identity and European Integration, was published by Emerald in 2024.
